Kalani Kai Condo is a complex that is conveniently located in heart of Kailua Kona town just blocks from the ocean. Just a short walk to the bay, pier and a beach where young children can play. Stroll to beautiful Kailua Village and enjoy a variety of shopping, dining, sightseeing activities. This complex has lush tropical lanscaping, a Bar-B-Que area for you to have a nice meal after a swim in the pool.

Kalani Kai is located at 75-5681 Kuakini Highway. From the main highway from the airport, travel approximately 7 miles to Henry Street and turn RIGHT. Go to the bottom of the hill, turn RIGHT onto Kuakini Highway and immediately turn RIGHT into Kalanikai. You will need to go around the building to find unit #321, which is most easily reached by the staircase at the very end of the second building. You will need to park in parking stall # 57; you may wish to briefly double park by the end staircase to unload your car.

Proceed directly to your unit. There a combination lockbox on the door. The combination is availabel from an ATR Properties representative. First press the clear button, then put in each number in succession. Then press the top button and pull the face plate towards you. Inside is your key. After you have opened the door, replace the key and face plate so you don't lock yourself out. There is a second set of keys inside the unit for your use.
