A credit card deposit of $200 is required upon making and confirming
your reservation.
The balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All monies are non-refundable after final payment has been made.
We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and checks (personal,
business or cashier checks). A credit card is always required for your
deposit and as a means of security.
There will be a charge of $52 for any returned check.
Some units have a small extra cost for additional guests.
Refund and Cancellation
Policy
$100 will be refunded to you from your
$200 deposit should you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before
your scheduled arrival.
Once your reservation is paid in full it is non-refundable.
ATR and the individual owners request a reservation of a minimum of
3 nights. Please note that the Codes, Covenants & Restrictions
(CC&Rs) of some complexes require a 1 week minimum.
In the event that the condo unit you have reserved is sold or otherwise
transferred, and removed from the available rentals, we will make every
effort to switch your reservation to a similar unit. However, should
we not be able to do so to your satisfaction, your remedy is to cancel
your reservation. If this occurs, we will return your full deposit to
you.
Privacy Policy
Currently, submitting your information to us via our reservation
form is not secure. What this means is that your data (name, credit
card number, etc.) is not encrypted. It is sent as clear text over the
Internet to a Web server and then to us via e-mail. This is the same
format you use when you send an e-mail to associates, friends, or family.
If you are uncomfortable with submitting this information
via un-encrypted e-mail, please give us a call on our toll free number
to make your reservation.
